How installation works
Day 1 to day 45.
Installation is a project with a start and an end, not a signup fee. Here is the whole thing, including what we need from you — because the fastest way to slip a timeline is a decision nobody made.
- Days 1–3
Kickoff and carrier paperwork
What we do
- Start carrier registration for text messaging — first, because it is the one thing we cannot speed up
- Pull your call data and existing phone setup
- Agree the escalation rules: what counts as an emergency, who gets called, when
What we need from you
- Name one point of contact with authority to decide
- Give us access to your phone system and calendar
- Tell us your services, price ranges, and service area
- Days 4–8
Build
What we do
- Configure the voice agent on your services, pricing and FAQs
- Wire up your calendar so bookings land where your team already looks
- Write your opening line — AI disclosure, and the recording notice if you record
- Set up missed-call text-back
What we need from you
- Come back on the draft opening line and the escalation rules within 3 business days
- Days 9–12
Testing — 200+ scripted calls
What we do
- Run 200+ scripted test calls: emergencies, price shoppers, wrong numbers, people who will not get to the point
- Fix what the tests find, then re-run them
- Sit on live test calls with you so you hear it before your customers do
What we need from you
- Take one testing call with us and throw it your real scenarios
- Days 13–14
Go-live
What we do
- Port or forward your number
- Train your staff — what it does, what it does not, and when to take over
- Hand over written SOPs you keep
What we need from you
- Approve go-live. Nothing goes live until you have heard it and said yes
- Days 15–45
Hypercare
What we do
- We review every call, every day, and fix what needs fixing
- Weekly check-in on what the phone is actually doing
- Tune the agent as real callers surface things scripted tests never would
What we need from you
- Tell us when something sounds wrong. In this window we would rather over-correct
What can push the timeline
Two things, and we would rather name them now than explain them in week three.
- Carrier registration for text messaging. This is out of our hands and can take longer than the rest of the build. We start it on day one so it is not what holds you up, but if anything slips, it is usually this.
- Waiting on decisions. The build stops when we need an answer about your pricing, your escalation rules, or your opening line and nobody is available to give it. This is why we ask for one named contact rather than a committee.
It starts with the diagnostic.
We do not install anything before we have looked at what your phone is actually doing. Two weeks, $2,500, credited in full against installation.
