These terms govern your use of Service Edge Digital (“we,” “us,” the “service”). By using the service or signing an order form, you agree to them.
The service
We provide AI-assisted communication and operations tools for local service businesses — including a voice receptionist, missed-call text-back, review requests, invoicing, and related features described on this site. Specific features depend on your plan.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to help you win and keep more jobs, but outcomes depend on many factors we don't control (your market, pricing, call volume, and how you run your business). Any examples or estimates on this site are illustrative. Except for a specific written guarantee we offer you in writing, we make no promise of any particular result, revenue, or number of booked jobs.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information and keep your account details current.
- Use the service lawfully — including complying with call-recording, telemarketing, and messaging laws (for example, obtaining any consent your state requires). See our AI & call-recording disclosure.
- Only use the service for your own legitimate business communications.
Fees & billing
Fees are the setup fee and recurring subscription shown on your order form. Recurring fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a written guarantee. We may change pricing on renewal with notice.
Cancellation
Unless your order form says otherwise, the service is month-to-month and you may cancel effective at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, harass or defraud anyone, send prohibited or unsolicited messages, or interfere with the service's operation or security.
Third-party services
The service works with third-party providers (telephony, payments, scheduling, and more). Your use of those may be subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their acts or outages.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or of law — including claims related to messages sent, calls recorded, or consents you were responsible for obtaining.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
