5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the services. Grant access to required accounts, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms. Approve deliverables and provide feedback promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and strategies created by Service Edge Digital remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of any agreed-upon deliverables will transfer to the client. Clients are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent unless required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.In the event of termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Service Edge Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service Edge Digital will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Service Edge Digital does not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings or lead volumes, as they depend on multiple external factors.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

Service Edge Digital may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver its services (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM platforms).The use of these tools is governed by their respective terms and conditions, which clients agree to comply with.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Service Edge Digital harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.
